Istanbul, April 20 () - Ankara’s contemporary art gallery, Siyah Beyaz, will be exhibiting CI Editions art works on April 24 and 25.

The aim of CI Editions is to discuss and promote various formal and conceptual dimensions of art editions and multiples and to reach a new collector group. It is aiming to present editions as an important field of art’s production, as well as an effective way to distribute art works to a wider audience, and win new collectors and art lovers.

Visitors of the exhibition will see works by Hale Tenger, Buğra Erol, Fırat Engin, Ardan Özmenoğlu and Ahmet Polat. All Works of CI Editions have been specifically created for the project. More artists such as Mustafa Horasan, Gözde Türkkan, Erdoğan Zümrütoğlu, Seçkin Pirim, Ahmet Duru and Selçuk Ceylan will also be in the exhibition.

While these editions are promoting art and creating a cultural background for the Turkish art scene, they are also opening a new dimension in contemporary art for both collectors and artists.

Speaking about this new initiative CI Chairman Ali Güreli said, “The CI Editions aims to increase its artists and by the year 2016, with 80 artists both from Turkey and abroad, it aims to visit fairs and art events around the world.”
