Adem Demir / Bursa, Oct 9 () - An independent candidate running for Nov. 1 elections in Turkey, Ali Osman Demirtaş, has made a speech to his potential voters to ask for vote through a kiosk’s window, at a tea garden where he has hanged his massive poster.

However, no one approached and listened to the determined candidate, although he had personally adressed the people walking on the streets through the window.

In Inegöl district of western province of Bursa, independent candidate Ali Osman Demirtaş installed a special audio system to launch its rally and gather residents, address potential voters through the window of the indoor kiosk, for around one hour. However, only a few people made interest to the rally, causing him disappointment.

In fact, according to Demirtaş, having the same name of Turkey’s political leaders HDP Co-chair Demirtaş as well, he had run for local elections in Gemlik district before and had successfully received around 1,950 votes, in 1984.
