Istanbul, Oct 14 () - Turkey’s top business group has announced it will hold open meetings with political party leaders ahead of the Nov. 1 elections in a written statement on Oct. 13.

First guest of the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD) will be Republican People’s Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu on Oct. 15 in Istanbul.

“Our organization will hold 'Meetings with Political Party Leaders' to which all TÜSİAD members are invited to allow political parties to talk about their economy programs directly to businesspeople and create a platform to exchange their views ahead of the 26th term parliamentary elections on Nov.1” said the statement.

The organization has said it has invited the leaders of the four political parties in the parliament to be the main guests of the meetings, which will also be open to press members.
