Fatih Karaçali - Gökhan Keskinci / Adana, Sep 8 () – A stick up bargain sparked at a gas station between 22-year-old offender Adem Özdemir and grocery store clerk, when Özdemir threatened the clerk to hijack five packs of cigarettes and 70 liras of coins in the safe, in southeastern province of Adana.

While the offender has been captured in his house by police after four days following the incident, his bargain with clerk Süleyman Bektaş, shot by security cameras, has surprised the police.

According to security videos, Özdemir talked with the store clerk for a while, then showed his gun and threatened him to give the money in the safe, then Bektaş tried to convince him, having refused to give the bunch of banknotes.

The offender pointed his gun on the clerk but couldn’t get the money. While the offender hided the gun in his t-shirt and left the store for minutes, when he came back, Süleyman Bektaş hid and locked himself in the toilet. The offender tooke the remaining amount, 70 liras of coins and five packs of cigarette, then vanished.
