(Video) AKP MP vows to "make Erdoğan president whatever election result is" during attack on Hürriyet

Istanbul, Sep 7 () - A parliamentary deputy and the head of the youth organization of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) has vowed to “make Recep Tayyip Erdoğan the president” with extended powers - regardless of the result of the Nov. 1 election.

AKP MP Abdürrahim Boynukalın made the comments while leading a 200-person mob in an attack on daily Hürriyet’s main office in Istanbul’s Bağcılar district late on Sept. 6
