Istanbul, April 29 () - Touristic yachts are launched on Mediterranean coasts of Turkey, ahead to the aquatic tourism season to be active in May - October period.

The yachts are being lead by heavy construction equipments on sledges to the sea, from the wintering ground, where their maintenance and paintings were done during the winter time.

"About 90 percent of our yachts are ready for the season and the rest will meet the sea before May 15" said Ahmet Çetin, President of Demre Naval Carriers Cooperative.

The boats have already started sailing for daily tours in famous destination Kekova.

"This is my first time to Kekova; it's just the paradise" Yulya Mikhailenko from Ukraine said. "This is a marvelous beauty. The seam is very good. I will advise all my friends in Russia to meet this place" Dmitriy Kaliningrad from Russia said.
