Öykü Altuntaş / London, Dec 7 () - U.S. led coalition’s air strike has allegedly killed four Syrian military personnel, while 13 military personnel were left wounded, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

The air strike hit a part of the Saeqa military camp in Deir al-Zour, a province mostly held by the Islamic State (IS), has marked the first coalition strike that has killed Syrian government forces.

A separate suspected coalition air strike has killed a woman and two of her children overnight, added the Syrian Observatory.

The Syrian province of Deir al-Zour province is known to have links with Raqqa, the de facto capital of the IS, the BBC reminded. The region is known to include oilfields used by IS as source of revenue.
