Yaşar Anter / Muğla, Nov 2 () - An environmentalist 60-year-old resident in Turkey’s Aegean resort town of Bodrum has built a mini boat using wastes he has collected from the streets.

Mehmet Delice, owner of a hotel in the touristic town, disposed from wastes such as foams, ropes, even construction gates chucked away on streets, to create the 1.5-meter-long and 70-centimeter-wide mini boat, catching a great attention from locals and tourists.

The mini boat with an engine of 6 horse power, has its oars and gaff-topsail, making a perfect fishing boat for the owner, who has always dreamt of making his own boat and shoving off.

Delice told he was ready to build a larger boat next year, adding he has been using the boat to go fishing, especially when the sun shows its face.
