Ankara, Jan 26 () - Italian Culinary Week will be held at the Ankara HiltonSA between Jan. 26 and 29 in collaboration with the Italian Embassy.

Each day of the festival will be dedicated to a different region of Italy. The journey will begin on Jan. 26 with southern tastes, including Scalloppine alla Pizzaiola and Cannoli Siciliani, while central Italian tastes will be served on Jan. 27, featuring Roman specialties like Straciatella alla Romana or the famous Saltimbocca alla Romana and Jan. 28 is the northern Italian night, with Pesto sauces and risottos.

Chef Fabio Foltran will take guests on an Italian taste odyssey at the Greenhouse Restaurant with authentic Italian ingredients.
