Ankara, Oct 11 () -A group having gathered to commemorate at least 95 people who have lost their lives yesterday in deadly Ankara attacks has been intervened by Turkish police.

The group has gathered to leave red cloves at the Ankara main train station where the twin bomb blasts have erupted on Oct.10. However riot police officers have blocked their way. While the group refused to disperse, tension has grown between police and citizens.

The group that was blocked while seeking to enter the scene included HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş, CHP MPs Sezgin Tanrıkulu, Aylin Nazlıaka, İlhan Cihaner, along with HDP MPs Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Müslim Doğan.

The group was allowed to enter after another barricade was set up at a different point at the scene. The group including opposition party MPs began to march towards the Sıhhiye Square, as the security forces allowed the passage.
